(Walmart mcdonalds in Courtenay) 2025 update: staff still needs to be more attentive to cleanliness😵 Dirty! Probably lack of staff but tables and trays need to be cleaned often especially with Covid. I had to wipe table myself, every one I checked had sticky finger prints, food smears. One looked like it had blood (not ketchup) Icky. No tray for food, not sanitary to have food on dirty tables.
Always a good experience at this location. Staff go above and beyond!
Watching a team of 2 or 3 tops during a lunch rush is very rough :( . They're trying their best but it's obvious they can only do so much at once, especially with customers who are less than kind. Please consider additional staff if possible.
