I gave a 5 start rating solely because of the manager who works the drive through window in the mornings. My food was awful this morning..... My bacon egg & cheese bagel was so hard I couldn't even bite into it & had to feed it to the dog I paid almost $6 for a sandwich to have to give it to the dog smh. I stopped for this food this morning on my way to an appointment because my boyfriend and I hadn't eaten all night and were both starving. Excellent staff and service. Had my best ever double 1/4# er today
The person for the drive thru rushed me to do my order. Then didn't give me a total of the order. She was sure in a hurry to get the next persons order when I came up to pay. So much so that I felt like just a number not a customer. And certainly not a valued one at that.
