I went through the drive-through this morning and the lady at the window asked how I was, I responded that I was fine and asked how she was (cuz you know, manners) and she said she was sad. I asked why, because what else was I supposed to do? And she said "my daughters and I are homeless and I need $40 in order to keep our hotel room for another night". Me and my boyfriend ordered two large meals, they tried giving us medium drinks. When we told the worker we asked for large she rolled her eyes and asked a worker to confirm, then told the worker loud enough for us to hear “well then your gonna have to pull them forward” in a very rude manner. When we finally got our order they filled one soda to the brim and hand me mine which wasn’t full. Everytime I go to this McDonald's and order a daily double, they always forget the tomato. They either need to train how to make the sandwiches or pay more attention. I used to work at McDonald's and I would have been fine if it was a mistake once but it's continuous.
The morning brunette manager is ridiculous. Rude, and incompetent. I knew I wouldn’t make breakfast, so I did a mobile order to pickup. I walked in at 10:36 and found out that instead of making it, she canceled it, regardless of ordering and PAYING 25 minutes prior. So I had 4 hungry kids, when I live 45 minutes away. We were in the play place another time and she had her kids (younger than 10) going around ordering people that they had to have socks to play. Which is a good rule, but have an EMPLOYEE do it.
