Staff was friendly. I ordered through the mobile app and accidentally selected drive thru but it was a counter pick up. The staff was very quick to help me get my order in spite of that.
the last 3 times I have gotten a filet of fish I have been disappointed. I love those sandwiches but every time I get one it is a mess. today the fillet was half off of the bun and the tartar sauce was half on the fillet and on the edge of the bun. lm completely done with McDonald's. never again. you should teach your help that they can slow down a little do it right.
This McDonald’s is the absolute worst McDonald’s you could choose, unfortunately the only one near Bluffton. On more than 3 occasions I have waited 30+ mins for a curbside order at breakfast time that was placed before I arrive. Every single order has been missing items. After waiting 25 mins in my car for my curbside order, I then stood at the counter for 20 more minutes and no one acknowledged me the entire time until I finally told them to forget the order.
