The first time we went in the service and the food was amazing. The second time the bathroom was gross, the staff were too busy talking about others to even say hi. It took them about a minute then they were out of root beer. Next time they were out of root beer. Still the same service talking and laughing which is fine. I order a large pumpkin spice this morning and the employee almost threw it at me in my car. Never saw their face because it feels like they don't care. This was night shift, when do McDonald's allow their employees wear crocs? Also rude staff.
After being in the ER for hours, my family and I were very hungry. Since it was 10:20 pm we didn’t have a lot of options for food. We decided on McDonalds next to Walmart in Berea. The lady took our order and we pulled to the window and no one was there so we pulled up to the 2nd window. While sitting at the 2nd window we hear someone yell “BACK HERE”.
