I'm really confused on why I had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes JUST to place my order when multiple employees were just standing there looking me straight in the eyes. Then another 5 minutes to get ONLY TWO medium fries that ended up being very old and cold. It's really embarrassing and the standard of customer service is appalling. Also. Why do you have a "Now hiring" sign when multiple people I know have called within a day of me seeing the sign and they're on a "hiring freeze"? So we're giving false hope and wast... read more
The manager bad mouthed me when I insisted that they serve me with no receipts because the receipt paper causes me health issues. The McDonald's franchise in general is not worth the money or risk of bad service.
