Sunday November 30th @ 7 pm. Not a regular customer at McDonald's by any means and visits like this one are the reason why. I walked into the middle of a conversation with some foul mouth crew who then turned around and took my my order. They got my order wrong. I took it back up to the counter, pointed that out the mistake and went and sat back down. I visited McDonald's tonight at roughly 8:00 PM, leaving at 8:50 PM. Their drive-through sign is damaged. Service took 40 minutes before they even acknowledged we were in the drive-through lane. It then took another 10-15 minutes to deliver a partial, incorrect order: they missed my tea and the Daily Double I received was a sloppy, lukewarm mess. Where should i start when you go through the drive thru window you can’t see the menu. It’s been damaged for like two years now and it’s just getting worse. Replace your drive thru menus. A garbled voice came through the speaker couldn’t understand it. Finally we could somewhat make out the voice and after they heard us complaining about not being able to see the menu asked if they could help us with ordering because the sign had been damaged in a storm yes like 2 years ago.
