Staff was so bad I didn't even get to making an order before I left
I walked in and did exactly what McDonald's wants us to use the kiosk but there were no numbers so after I wasted my time making an order on there I had to go remake it up front and the people working here aren't even willing to get the kiosk numbers so I didn't have to waste my time on doing what McDonald's wants us to do
When we are traveling out of town, there is a McDonald's that we usually stop at, but thw last 3 times we have been there, the lunch/supper food has been not good at all. Fries are past their hold times, 10:1 is usually dry and past holding time. I got a sausage bagel this morning and the top bun was st burnt I had to take it off and throw it away. I couldn't go back up to the counter as this was a drive-thru order and didn't start eating until I was about 5 miles down the road. My sweet tea was awful as well. I took a coupl... read more
