Not enough workers. Just have pickup orders.
Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 20 piece chicken nuggets with ranch, bbq, sweet and sour. And honey mustard. We were told to pull forward to wait for our food (obviously) and after getting the food, you guessed it no sauce. We went back through to ask about them and the man at the window handed us one of each sauce. When we asked about getting the right amount he said I watched them put them in your bag so I know you got sauce and if you want more I have to charge.
