The lady literally refused to speak. I asked for more ketchup and she rolled her eyes, I told her have a good night she ignored me and slammed the window
(Update!!!, 9 months later and still no ice cream!) Customer service is very poor. No frozen beverages because they're too lazy to clean the machines!! The district manager refuses to acknowledge this problem!.
