Rude, incompetent staff. how hard is it if someone asks for PLAIN burger and 3 simple items that those get wrong and mixed up? I worked at restaurants and fast food before and if you’re going to take 20 mins to take peoples order then why is it so hard to make sure you put the right order in? Ice cream machine is always broke. Indoor dining is closed for no reason at all during normal business hours.
This is by far the best run establishment i have seen in the fast food industry. The folks that work here are respectful and I have seen the same people working for the last 2 years so they are doing something right. I have no less than 5 other McDonalds that are closer but I drive to this one every single time. Give the management credit where its due, they got it goin on.
