So, I placed a mobile order today and totally messed up, picking counter pickup instead of drive-thru. When I got to the drive-thru window, two different employees wouldn't give me my order and made me go inside, even though I could see my food just sitting there. Luckily, a third employee stepped in, used some common sense, and handed it to me.
