Extremely poor customer service. I was standing directly behind the customer whose order she had just taken, clearly waiting to place my lunch order. Instead of helping me next, the employee simply walked away and started doing something else without saying a word or even acknowledging that I was standing there. I understand employees get busy, but completely ignoring a customer who is clearly waiting to order is unacceptable. No “I’ll be right with you,” no explanation, and not even the most basic courtesy.
