I don't like to write bad reviews, but I gotta do it here. This is by far the worst run McDonalds that I have ever been to. Placed my order online this evening and pulled up for curbside pickup for what was supposed to be a 3-5 minute wait. 30 minutes later and nothing. After witnessing several other people leave with no food, and other people angry and honking in the drive thru not moving at all, I just went inside. Worst customer service of all mcdonalds. 20 minutes of waiting and not a single acknowledgement. When I asked, hello? the response was wait like everyone else. Very rude and disrespectful. Other patrons waiting as well and not a single greet or acknowledgement of their needs. One customer asked for ice and the idiot just pushed passed her as she didn't even exist. Also the whole restaurant smelled like dirty toilet water, so that's 20 minutes of waiting in a bathroom! Felt like its being runned like a trailer park!
The food I got from here was absolutely delicious, and it was given to us extremely quickly compared to other locations
