Went through the drive thru last night - we had a happy meal & a regular meal but replaced our soda choices with milkshakes. When we spoke to CANDACE through the drive thru, she said she couldn’t give us our shakes because she wasn’t making them. We told her that was fine, just take off the ice cream upcharge and replace those with cokes. She then said “technically you haven’t even paid for this meal yet so I can just cancel your entire order.” We asked her to please not do that and just replace the drinks.
