Order was not right. Worst customer service I've ever had at a McDonald's by the person who gave us our order. No ice in our tea and then tried to charge me when I asked for a cup of ice.
Got my order correct and they were really nice too!
Ordered 3 meals. Tried to ring us up for 4 meals. Once they got that fixed. They had 2 of our drinks wrong. Size of meals wrong. The 3 nugget meals we ordered, we asked for ranch & the new sweet chili sauce. Only put ranch in the bag. So asked for the chili sauce at the window. They were hesitant to give it to us. Then only gave us 1. McDonald’s needs to send all their employees through Chick-fil-A training program.
