Consistently gets orders wrong (ingredients left on that should be off, missing sauces) and rude service.
Coke was flat. Fries were cold. Cheeseburger tasted like it was prepared yesterday.
No service at the drive-thru this morning. I was really looking forward to enjoying a few breakfast items. Sat there waiting for a response, saying 'Hello???" But nobody there. Supposed to be open at 6:10am. Going to Tim Hortons instead!
This location has gone down hill lately. A change in staff and demographic. English is a second language for most of them and they lack understanding of professional customer service. There is no greeting. They hand your food to you without making eye contact. If they make a mistake it's somehow your fault. Do better McDonald's.
