Usually a good place to go but most of the time they forget something. This time they forgot 2 containers of fries for my kid's happy meals.
Ordered 6 breakfast meals. They gave us random breakfast sandwiches that were not what we ordered and 8 drinks. Just take a minute and get it right. We could have waited in the numbered parking spaces.
By far the worst staff I have ever dealt with. Ruined my order completely. Worst McDo I've been to in a while. Complained to corporate, but this seems like a pattern at this location, best to be avoided altogether. Edit: I would give a lower score if I could. The AI response from corporate and their outright disregard and disrespect is absolutely disgusting. Edit 2: got a reply from the GM Ryan. Refusing to give me a refund unless I beg him for it in person. Absolutely disgusting business practices at this location.
This location regularly ruins orders and based on feedback from their owners, they don't seem to care or acknowledge their fault. Normally I have no problem with McDo, but save yourself the trouble and avoid this one. Edit: the AI auto reply from management only made it worse. I'll never visit this location again. This level of disrespect is unacceptable.
