I did a mobile order to pick up via drive thru and when I pulled up I was told to park behind the person on parking spot 1. After 20 mins I went inside and they were completely lost. I’m sure they gave away my order. Then I finally got my order but of course it was wrong. I had to leave my kids in the car while I went inside to check on my order at the counter.
Got a bacon double cheeseburger with no bacon extra onions, a cold spicy Mac chicken had to go in and order a m fry cause she didn’t add it to our order foods not hot .! It’s always something at this McDonald
Place my order @10:11pm and waited until 10:47pm to get my food. NOT once did they come to ask if I have gotten my food. I had to honk at one of the workers in order to remind them that I was waiting for a very long time. Definitely need to improve on making sure they do not have anyone waiting for so long!! Do not RECOMMEND!!!
