Went in and ordered at 10pm waited half an hour for my food I get a melted McFlurry and asked if they could remake it because it had clearly been sitting while they made the rest of my food the manager shubum seemed annoyed about having to re make it and told my boyfriend that’s how they are supposed to be but the replacement one was very clearly not the same melted consistency but ok, we took the food out to the car to go home and I took out my mcfish I bit in to it and it was just above room temp and the consistency of a v... read more
Absolutely awful expierence here tonight. We get there around 10 and place our order inside, takes about 30 minutes for our food to come out and when we get it our mcflurry is completely melted so we go to get a new one where the manager tells us "thats just how the strawberry mcflurry comes" but the second one we get is a NON MELTED mcflurry? Really clean and quick service
The worst at night time Older lady can’t hear a word you are saying, puts in the wrong order and then gets mad at you when you say it’s not what you ordered lol what a joke Then when I actually get the food the fries are old, stale, gross.. won’t be coming back until you change that up! If I could put zero stars I would
Ordered from Kiosk...received our meals promptly and courteously. Atmosphere leaves something to be desired.
