As there is never a staff at the counter and dining room patrons are expected to use a self serve kiosk, one would expect a reasonable service time, this is after all a fast food restaurant. My receipt time stamped 7:26 pm for 2 combos. 7:46 finally they call my number. When I ask why it took 20 minutes I was told they were waiting on fries. Not a single car that went through the drive thru waited 20 mins, they didn't even wait 2mins. Yet apparently it's completely acceptable to make a dining room patrons wait with no reason... read more
Ever since the last renovation... service has gone down hill... very poor... Is 20 min for 4 meals considered fast food?
Service was slow, considering there was three people working drive thru and one on front of house I don’t understand why it took 15 mins for me to get a cup of coffee
