Ordered ahead, was told to wait in an extra spot to wait for fries. 10 cars passed me out of the drive thru and I ended up walking in and they didn’t even have the fries I ordered. Don’t waste your time on this location.
Wrong order more than once it’s irritating
I figured out what they do here, if their to busy and get swamped, some orders will never get completed and disapear completely, this happens primarily with mobile orders because sometimes they dont show up and am assuming they complain the least. After 40 minutes i realized it was not being prepared and had to pester the manager and he made it in under a minute. Like what are we doing here guys? You are actively encouraging rudeness and nasty behavior from customers doing this.
Why advertise grinch meals if your never gonna have any. Multiple times coming and come when told to and always out. All your doing is letting the kids down and this feels like bait & switch to still sell more food cause we still buy something else but the kids are let down. Order more if you keep selling out. What a joke
