Woman at drive through had an attitude, I tried to hurry up and order my food. Changed my mind, which I get happens but then the burnt, dry chicken tenders came out to add the cherry on top. Male at the window was very kind I will say. This was the night shift 6pm. 9/12.
Everyone had an attitude. The food was cold/stale/soggy nuggets.
I usually Order my food for curbside pickup, and at least a few times I have been waiting 10-15 minutes and walked into the store and saw my food just sitting on the shelf. They have forgotten food for my order a few times and plenty of times didn't put dipping sauce in the bag when nuggets were ordered. I know its little things, there is no attention to detail.
Im begging you guys to take that boy with the glasses out of the drive through.. it is always a complication ordering . He so confrontational about the mobile app . Its out of control. Im proud of him working but the drive drive through is just not it.
Too many teenagers. Rowdy at times
