Doors where locked even person coming to work was confused then lady inside just pointed towards drive thru so made it very confusing. It was Xmas but a note on door stating dining room closed would help.

Ordered 3 hot chocolate. Came to almost $15.00. Waited almost 20min, watched the girl give our order to someone else. Finally got the hot chocolate and it was the most disgusting drink we have ever had. We proceeded to drive to Tim Hortons and got fantastic service and drinks

Waited like 10 minutes in drive through for 2 grinch combos and 2 hamburgers. The fries were thrown into the box and were everywhere. The big macs were cold and none of the burgers had pickles and onions. Haven't had McDonald's in awhile and was craving it, but now it will be a long time before I have it again. Very disappointing especially when the order came to $50 and the food was sub-par at best.

This place gets worse and worse every time we visit. Gotten to the point where poor food quality is just a given. Absolutely no attention or care about the food quality before goes out the door. Can’t comprehend how you let burnt food get packaged. Price up, quality down. Constantly cutting corners by reducing ingredients and toppings on burgers, only filling drinks and McFlurrys 2/3 of the way full, filling fries half way, it’s getting absolutely out of control. Support your local businesses and stay away from these chains.
