Terrible place to go cant understand English
Place has been going down hill the past 6 months, extreme wait times, forgotten items…. Will not being going back. Update, made the mistake of going back, forgot half my sons order. Place was a complete mess, debris on the floor, grease on the tables. Also witnessed a server grab my two cups with his bare hands after handling other people’s food.
lady told me they no longer give out cup water, said it had to be with a purchase I had already got my food before this (they wouldnt acknowledge this) so I got my friend to have a purchase with it then they refused after anyways, mananger wouldnt give me their name to be included in the review, if corporate can reach out to me about this issue it would be greatly appreciated!
Staff was so untrained and kinda rude. Confirm your order twice, but gave you the wrong one. They need to be retrained. The staff on drive-through talking with their coworkers they don’t care about your time
All in all would not recommend, they have no control over their own restaurant having kids yelling and causing commotions every day and they don’t do anything to stop it. Their service is one the worst in Sudbury, disrespectful and unprofessional sometimes not even serving correctly and being bitter with guests such as myself. And lastly their food is good from time to time but most of the time it’s soggy cold or gross. Would not recommend going here
