This is my experience from multiple visits. Put charity donations on bills without asking first. Mess up drive through orders and refuse to fix it, telling you to go through drive around again. Asked if they can fix the order, watched the cashier leave, get in their car and speed off. Asked for a receipt and watched them fish it out garbage can and then staple it to the food bag.
Ten Minute wait for a hot chocolate
we were here pretty early in the morning. Staff was friendly and kindly let us in to the washrooms which are kept locked. Food came out quick and it was consistent with McDonald’s across Canada. My only gripe was the bathrooms were very unclean.
Terrible experience. The worst service experienced ever in my life. IDK why they keep running the drive thru if they can keep it on track. I waited at the drive thru for more than 5 minutes without even a single response.
