First they couldn’t use the points code I had fr on my account that would make my meal free. I understand technology is a brat sometimes. Then young man at the window handing out food, tried to give me the wrong order. Then when I asked for McChicken sauce and ketchup he said we charge for that, I said ketchup then? There was no napkins no straws for our drinks we had pulled in off the highway heading to Kamloops. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have. Good fast friendly service
Had a great experience at this McDonald’s today. Every employee I interacted with was so nice, patient, and genuinely helpful. It made my visit quick and pleasant. Really appreciate the friendly service. Keep up the great work.
