Just a coffee
Bathrooms were dirty & disgusting. Sat at eindow table and the window sill was dirty & old fries on it. Took pictures but can't figure out how to send.
Bathroom was filthy. Had not been cleaned in a while.
We went at one pm. Ordered 2 burgers and fries at the grubby kiosk. Waited 20 minutes for cold burgers and fries while listening to screaming timers. We couldn't even hear each other, they were so loud. I know it's not fine dining but it would have been nice to have had even warm food and a little peace to eat it in. A bit of a clean up would also have gone a long way towards making it a pleasant experience as well
I'm only giving 5 stars to the Caucasian male working the drive through early this morning around 3am. He is so polite, customer service focused, and hard working. I've been going to this mcdonalds for over a year and not one person who's worked there can compare to this gentleman. If you hired more people like him you'd have better reviews.
