Took 10 min just to get someone to take our order, started wondering if anyone was working. Asked several times if I could get help on a order and was ignored.
Ok, I know it is a McDonalds but there is no excuse for what we saw. There were approximately 6 or more employees behind the counter and in the kitchen area. They were all either standing around, on their phones or just goofing off. The entire store was a mess! The floors appeared as if they hadn’t been mopped and/or swept in a week! Old food under the seats and around the trash can! It was disgusting! Who ever the manager is needs to make some changes! Advance, MO
