No cause why do I pull up 4:06 they suppost to be open at 4, advertised on google as being open at 4. Wait in like till 4:39 not a single order taken people start leaving. Lights on workers doin nothin!!!! Consistently with this location like are you serious??? Called and got an answer like you can answer the phone but not do your job? Got video of the workers standing in there doin nothing.
Look how much they charged me, and then look at the amount they refunded after I no longer wanted the order since they didn't have part of it. They treated me like absolute crap for wanting a refund instead of a partial order and then ripped me off too.
Update Feb 2026. Been very good lastly. Fresh tasting food, not nasty hours old. Looks like they figured out how to open things up and clean properly to. Update Oct 2025. 1 star. Ate there 2 times within a week and got sick both times, even my dog got sick. Update: still issues. 1 star. I expect fresh hot food all the time , not something that's been precooked an hour ago. You eat it. Just got an old, stale, room temp fish fillet. Even the burgers are stale. Precooked meat sitting in a warmer for an hour. We need an in n out... read more
