They always forget something, usually nuggets or a burger. Ive had to go back many times and theyre generally understanding. Recently my boyfriend was missing a couple items so when I got off of work about two hours later I went through to try and grab the 10pc and Dbl cheeseburger that was missing. First i sat at the window for about 6 minutes before i was helped, not a problem i understand. But I've never had them be so rude to me. I seemed there weren't many people working at 7 am but the man that was working was extremely organized and seemed to be running the whole thing by himself. He was very busy but still very courteous. Give him a raise!!!
Ordered apple pie on app. Waiting 6 min before arriving and was then told it would be 12 min or i could have 6 cookies. Got home only 5 cookies.
