Ive been waiting 20mins for a cheeseburger. Still haven't gotten it. This crew needs better training or leadership. Not sure which.
I pulled into the drive-through. There was one other person there. I ordered my food. I was ahead of that person. I paid for my food at 9:51 PM and was told to pull forward. I patiently waited for 25 minutes for someone to come to the window and ask me if I had the two snack wraps, while three other people behind me had already paid, gotten their food, and left. Absolutely hands down the longest wait I’ve ever had to do for mediocre fast food. Over 30 minutes. If you’re in a travel rush do NOT go here stop at Wendy’s or Hardee’s on either side.
