Luverne McDonald’s is the worst in the North America
I went through the drive through today around 1pm, there was a long line. When I finally got to the order area I ordered 2 caramel frappes, waited in line, paid at pay window, waited some more to get to the pick up window and the young lady told me she was sorry but the frappe machine wasn’t working! Asked if I wanted something else, I said yes, a refund. This whole process took 45 minutes from order to refund. Why didn’t they tell me at the order spot??
