Super quick drive through...at lunchtime! Like wow! Super friendly staff! Perfectly presented food at the perfect temperature! Love using the app and getting free food sometimes, like fries today. Perfect in every way!
I go here very frequently and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful both in the lobby and drive thru. However today the woman at the drive thru speaker was incredibly short and rude with me. I've never dealt with her before so I would assume she's new or on a different shift than typical, but the rudeness she treated me with even in such a short interaction through the speaker was ridiculous.
Huge shout out to Kimberly and her crew, I went in today to get the collection of godzilla toys and she was super patient with me while I ordered 13 kids meals. I got my collection for my 2 teens and it was so fast even though they were very busy and dealing with alot of people. Food was great and the service was fast and friendly. This is always my favorite location, clean and professional. Thank you so much for all your crews hard work!
This place was ridiculous. 25 min in a drive through just to be able to order because the "manager" only allowed 2 orders in the que. Then after 25 min getting to order i was told to pull to the second window and the view from the drive thru was disgusting. Crumbs everywhere, ice cream smeared on the fridge..to then tell me my order was going to be even longer. Then took almost 15 min to get the food they missed putting in the bag.
