The worst McDonald's experience i have ever had! We waited over 40 min in the lobby to be served cold food. We were the first of many people arriving in here and was so far behind to be served i went up to ask what was going on and they just said they have a lot of orders sorry for the wait. They apologized but I did see our food on a tray waiting for what I'm not sure but it wasn't even on the hot area so it was all cold when we got it. The only thing good was our soda. I don't love making a trip into McDonald's, but my kids always talk me into it, and honestly this specific location is usually good about having hot food and there careful not to mess up orders. No overall complaints
High school staff has forgotten food ALL 3 TIMES I’ve been there. Old fries and expired pies have been handed to me leading to loss of apetite and being financially upset after spending $60.
The woman manager that was working today has zero respect and unfriendly demeanor. Would recommend HR take a look into her!
Female manager working today at 10:15 am is unprofessional! Nasty attitude unable to communicate efficiently.
