Drive thru, order taken after couple minutes. 4 cars ahead of me. Looked like less than 6 people instead. I'm guessing short staffed. Quite a wait in drive thru. Nice employees doin there best. It is what is.
Update: went through the drive through today (8/16/25) and ordered 3 things. They got all 3 things wrong. My wife went through the drive through this morning, they got her order wrong. I went through the drive through the drive through this evening. They got my order wrong. Happened in the last couple trips as well. They have usually been good, I don't know what changed recently but someone there no longer cares.
Can they get anything right? I ordered a cheeseburger meal. The fries weren’t even cooked all the way. Was like eating raw potatoes. In the garbage they went. Asked for a coke or Pepsi. Got a DR Pepper. Safe to say, I won’t be going back.
This McDonald's is extremely understaffed. They don't have enough people to run the front the drive through and the kitchen. It took almost 20 minutes to get food for a mobile order.
