This place needs new management and better employee training. Every single time we go through the drive thru they forget part of our order. They need a new policy of verifying what’s in the bags before they go out. Whoever was working 7/9/2026 at 3:44PM order 27 needs to be put on a performance plan or fired.
Buns are much smaller... anything to cut costs...
The employees need to be taught hospitality. They just hand you your food and sometimes say, "here you go". They should be trained to say, "thank you, have a nice day"!
This Father's Day weekend, we took a little vacation trip to North Florida, and on our way back, we stopped at a McDonald's to stretch our legs and eat breakfast. We entered the restaurant, and I was amazed by the high-quality customer service. This is the first time in 20+ years in the US that a McDonald's staff treated us as in a restaurant. The staff member who made us feel so welcome is MONTANA; she has excellent skills, is caring and happy, and seems to enjoy her work. Keep up the excellent work, team. Totally recommend... read more
Could someone explain why, when you order a coffee frappé at McDonald's, they sometimes just give you an iced coffee? It seems like they simply mix coffee with milk and add ice cubes. Isn't a frappé supposed to be blended with crushed ice rather than served over regular ice?
