This location is terrbile. The wait time is ridiculous, someone was waiting 40 min for a delivery order. The staff are extremely rude telling people they can wait, they can cancel the order, and/or that they can leave because they don't have time for them
Went to pick up order and sat in line for well over 10+ mins waiting to even get to the order intercom just to give them a mobil code. After giving the code I sat for another 10+ mins watching and listening the employees sitting back and joking around. They came out to the second window eventually to say that the ice cream machine is cleaning itself and that we can get something else instead.
