Food was old and cold. You could tell it had been premade and sitting there for a while. I also order on the app and order a hash brown but apparently they were out of hash browns and thought that they could just throw a small fry in the bag and I wouldn’t ask for my hash brown. Then when I requested for a refund due to me not getting the item I paid for, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and argued with me asking for a refund FOR THE ITEM I WASNT GIVEN…. Super impressed with how fast, efficient & kind the employees were! We ordered a huge amount of food and were served quickly with smiles and 100% accuracy!
Pulled up for one second, couldn’t hear the servers speaking because they weren’t talking loud enough into the microphone and when asked to repeat themselves they gave us attitude. When we told them to give us a bit more respect they told us to leave and refused to give us our order. IK shifts are stressful but keep your attitude to yourself.
