I can not rate anything at the Westfield NY store. We could not get waited on. Shift manager waited on lady in front of us and walked away. 3 minutes later she said she would be right with us. She would not make eye contact with us so after another 10 minutes we left and went 10 miles down the road to Hardee's. We are summer residents and every year we give them another chance and every year we are disappointed. They are tied for the worst McDonalds we have ever been to. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's. I ordered two hamburgers with extra pickles, no cheese, and only ketchup. I even made a point to say it clearly because this location has had speaker issues before. The order on the screen was wrong, but instead of confirming it with me, the employee just gave me my total. When I received my food, both burgers were wrapped in cheeseburger wrappers, so I already had a feeling something was off. The owner should be ashamed. This place is often "not very clean" but today it was absolutely filthy. It was so filthy you couldn't sit at any booth or table. Shameful is really the only word that comes to mind and multiple people made similar comments. I'd hate to see the conditions behind the counter where customers can't see if the conditions of the dining area are so disgusting. I remember when employees used to keep Mcdonald's close to spotless, mopping floors, wiping down tables, etc
