Garbage customer service. Said order was ready 10 minutes before it came out. Just trying to appease corporate at the expense of customers. Basic coffee even took 10 minutes longer than “order is ready” notification. No apology; no comp, just high schoolers barely trying.
SLOWEST experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s! 20 minutes for literally just a kids happy meal through a mobile order is ridiculous
