Love double extra onions medium fries and large sweettea
There was too much of the hot sauce on my sandwich, and my fries were not hot
I ordered a number 1 at the drive thru. Had to pull up and wait on my food. I waited 20 minutes, went in to get it cause they forgot I was out there. The big Mac and fries were cold, won't be going back to this location.
I don’t know the ROI or profitability of the Roanoke, Tx location for the franchisee who owns this location so maybe they are pleased with their return. If so ignore my insight as a regular and as a dine in customer. First I never felt like anyone was rude or impolite (just the opposite) especially in drive thru during my all my visits. They love the drive thru customers and honestly I get it because it’s probably 75% plus of their volume & business.
