So I guess the fact that you go in and they have the little kiosk to order your food and when something is out, they don’t disable it in the system and then they don’t wanna give you a refund of the item that they’re out of. I guess I’m confused so it’s OK if you run out of an item but give folks a refund oh no the manager and I’m assuming she was an owner gray haired lady kept looking at me I asked for a refund twice got nothing not gonna lose sleep over it because I’m gonna use my voice yeah it was a small amount but again... read more
Bad service manager let employees argue with customers and don't say something. Credit card machines don't work and that don't say anything until after you order just messed up service all around horrible. The manager and crew need better training and etiquette classes.
They are wrong 99% is terrible and very bad attitude and too slow... Blame the owners who are not looking for a good manager.
