When we got our food they gave us the wrong food and forgot our drinks. The breakfast sandwiches were actually in the wrong wrappers. Then when we got the right breakfast sandwiches they were cold but we had already pulled off and my husband was done dealing with them. I've been here before and never had a problem but this time was different. Our granddaughters food was great so that's why it's not a one star. I know their turnaround in employees but thru should be trained properly.
My husband and I came here to eat dinner 2 nights ago on July 22nd @ 7:40 pm and the food was great as always but the customer service and atmosphere were awful!!! The customer service cashier he was horrible. He was very rude with a bad attitude with my husband and I. We are both disabled. I am pregnant and I also have a hard time hearing. He was impatient with both my husband and myself. He wasn't even wearing the normal McDonald's uniform that the other employees were wearing. I asked for a plain double cheese burger, once I get my food there’s ketchup on it. This guy told me that every plain sandwich comes with ketchup even though it says only cheese on my wrapper. I worked at McDonald’s for almost a year im pretty sure I’d know if there was ketchup on it or not
