I had made a breakfast meal at 10:20 a.m. and when I arrived, they processed my order at the drive thru, but as soon as I made it to the window where I’d pick up my food, they said that my order was cancelled because it was past 10:30. Despite this, I have had multiple occasions where I’ve made orders and arrived much later than 10:30 and I still got my order. After waiting in a drive thru line for over 15 minutes, I managed to get nothing that I ordered.
I have never had a problem with this location til today. As minor as it was, I don't think being treated like you're wrong, when you have proof, is ok. Especially when it's coming from a "manager". I get with the meal deals, they come with a small fry, but when I ordered online it gave me the option to upgrade to a medium, which I paid for. I went in to just exchange for the right size and the manager on duty had an issue about it even when I offered to get my phone and show my online order.
