Lack of service and friendliness. The food was NOT GOOD. How do u screw up a cheeseburger? The bun was a hockey puck and super hard. Always an issue with getting a frappe at 9 pm? Honestly pass on this store go to a different one because it seems like any time you go here the service is horrible.
