Ordered 4 cookies and 2 ice cream cones after an especially difficult day.. just to find that they had tossed a completely empty cookie bag in with the rest. The other 3 cookies I did receive all were 4 hours old and expired 10 minutes after they were given to me. I’m assuming they didn’t wanna make more cookies, and just decided to throw the bag in? (Note, included photo was taken 15 minutes after I received the food. Thanks for a good experience McDonald’s, you had the gall to ruin my night after a terrible day.)
Expect cold to room temp fries 90 percent of the time
In a place that had no dine-in customers and no one in line ahead of us, somehow the staff managed to leave us sitting at the order box, on hold (Please wait, I'll be right with you), for over 4 mins; even when we asked if anyone was coming, we were told to wait, and they took 2 more minutes. We ordered a chicken sandwich, a fish sandwich w/ extra cheese, and a 20 piece nugget (for the dogs).
