Went through the drive through 3 nights ago and a man was taking my order. I said “thank you sir.” The man said “I’m not a sir I’m a ma’am.” CLEARLY I was talking to a man with the deepest voice ever & when I went to the window I was correct. A full man with his hair pulled back asking to be called ma’am. No sir, you are a MAN! Food was cold and expensive. We live in CDA, I don’t have to participate in your delusions sir, thx.

Basically, I went to the McDonald’s and in the drive-through I clearly and coherently politely asked for a large lemonade as I pulled up to the drive-through I am received with a lemonade that clearly is a medium sized lemonade and says medium on the lemonade. I asked the lady if this is a large lemonade, she answers with. Yes this is a large lemonade when the lemonade clearly says medium not only was this lemonade not the correct size. I wish I knew her name but there is a lady that works here that is so nice! The employees here are attentive and the place is cleaned frequently. Probably the best ran McDonalds I've been to.

I ordered a Large fry and this is what I received. Looks more like a medium fry at best. I feel like everytime I go to this establishment its dirty. Tables are rarely clean, condiments and utensils aren't stocked very well. The last time I was in I could hear the employees using profanity and less than professional conversations. This is very frustrating and disappointing not only as a customer but a shareholder as well. Do better Mcdonalds

Went through drive thru. They forgot part of my order. I had to go inside. Took a hot minute to fetch help. Took another hot minute to get my missing item. Not overly attentive. Really poor customer service.
