Food wasn't fresh and the lobby was dirty staff is careless.
Nasty!!! Chicken patty was cold, bun was stale and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for days! No quality whatsoever! Horrible! This seems to be the normal with this place. I’m done, I’ll spend my money some where else.
Went through the drive through just now. The girl that handed us our order didn’t acknowledge us and the lid was not even on the coke. The cheeseburgers were cold and the fries stale. The holiday hour sign in the driveway blocked the menu. We couldn’t even eat the food and threw it away. We won’t be back.
The manager here needs to step in and fix this!! The mobile order platform often does not work and it failed again at this location. At the register, I was told there was nothing they could do about the failure of the app and so, no, I cannot get the advertised "deal". Even though there was easy acknowledgement that I SHOULD get the deal, they could not override the system to give it to me. I have to wait 15 minutes for the system to reset.
