McDonald's has good food. The customer service can be slow at times. Sometimes, it's speedy. Other times, it's hard to get a cashier to get an order placed. Those digital order things they have inside, a lot of people experience issues ordering from them. It doesn't take their order correctly and then they have to get a cashier at the front desk. Stopped for lunch today and it's gross. Flies inside the restaurant and the floor desperately needed to be swept.
