BC they require tip up front leaves no option for refund when service is poor. Tip & delivery fee should be refunded when items are missing from the order. Door Dash in this instance. Phone agent just said "thankyou for this opportunity to serve you" REPEATEDLY McDonald's phone agent said they would replace missing item but I had to come & get it. That's impossible as I'm handicapped, that's why I ordered delivery. POOR SERVICES Doordash & McDonald's. I can choose other provider.
