I am writing to report an issue with an order I placed on Monday, August 4, 2025, between 10:00 am and 11:00 a.m. I purchased three breakfast items and three bottled waters at the McDonald's on Forsyth, Illinois. When I received my order at the drive-thru window, I noticed my soft drink was missing. I brought this to the employee's attention, and they provided it.
