Worst mcdonald's location I'm the tri city are do not waste your time. Dirty and terrible staff food cold and sometimes pick up orders canceled without notice. So you drive there and they have canceled your pick up orders. Would give zero stars if possible. Staff rude and obnoxious.
Nasty place with workers that have nasty attitudes towards customers. Mess up every order and take forever. Definitely take the fast out of fast food!!!
They hoard honey packets. If we all ban together an ask for honey packets, when i finally go i might get mine finally!
Up until recently (like within the past 4-6 months) this McDonalds used to be on the ball. Used to be in and out, hardly ever a line. Now its ungodly slow. The drive through gets so bad that it backs up all the way to the road now. Other times there will be nobody in front of you and youll just sit in the drive through waiting to order for 5-10 mins.. or just leave and go to Burger King in Cohoes. This review was written while while waiting to order 🤦♂️
