Crazy expensive now! I wanted to try the Big Arch because I saw on TV that the McDonald's CEO was unable to eat even a single bite (Google it, if you don't know what I'm referring to). I ordered a Big Arch and a large Fry. The total at the window was $15 !!! That's insane for fast food. Chilli's and Big Boy both offer a drink, Burger and fries for $11 and that's a sit down meal. Probably won't be back again ever. Can't justify the price for a very mid burger and fries. Not Recommended.
Consistently slow service. Not sure if it's staffing or something else. Waiting at the speaker while the line clears in fron of you, then waiting another 30 minutes for food is not fast food.
They are the slowest bunch of workers I've ever seen in my life no matter what crew they are so slow it's unbelievable
Filthy. Every table in the place was dirty. I asked them to clean our table. No one did. Never be back.
