Placed an order to be picked up at the counter on my lunch break and the doors to go inside are locked as they have a line of 10 cars in the drive thru was unable to get my lunch and had to go back without food and already paid - terrible service don’t allow me to pick it up at the counter if it’s not an option when the customer arrives it would save the headache
Took 30 minutes to get food and had the doors locked so no one could get inside when is clearly said they were open
Drive through takes forever. Door are always locked to get inside.
I rarely rate any restaurants. But this one is so exceptionally terrible that I had to give a rating. We stood waiting for 15 minutes and no one even bothered to tell us that they were short staffed. In the end we had to get a refund and hurry to find somewhere else to eat. Also, their ice cream machine has been broken for a really long time.
