Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes at 8:30pm. Not a great experience

2.7 stars is generous. This specific store is the absolute worst. Many orders now and they never get it right. My dasher this morning messaged me saying that he had to remind them to finish my order because I was missing items. Not to mention I ordered two hotcakes, I got zero syrup. Do you want to know what I got? 4 packets of ketchup. The food is made decently but it’s the people working there that need to figure out how to do their job.
I wish I didn’t witness this, but the employees at this location are stealing the monopoly cards. Sorry to anybody who works there that is doing this, but I didn’t spend money just to miss out on a chance to get Boardwalk. I watched a girl pretend to put the card in the bag with amateur sleight of hand. That’s so obvious, and I am surprised that nobody has done anything about it. My coworkers tell me that the same thing is happening to them from this same location. Like 50 something people agree that this is happening.
