Where do I begin? I guess by letting you all know that Latham has many many more places to get food and fast food from where they will treat you kindly and courteous. Long lines in the drive-thru. They have two drive-thru lanes, but favor the one closer to the building instead of switching back and forth between them. Inside was utter chaos! Every time I go to this McDonalds they take forever to take my order. The inside isn’t open, you just have to wait 20 minutes plus to get your order taken and another 15 to get your food. I would have left but I had placed a pick up order and wanted to not have to go through the whole process to get a refund. It’s the only McDonald’s open near me and I would like to use it and not drive 30 mins for another one.
Absolutely THE WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to!! Horrible service, miserable workers, cold food every time!!! Not to mention the 20 minute wait at the drive thru!! If you make customers wait that long can the food at least be hot!! Will NEVER go there again!! Horrendous!!! This is not my first bad experience at this particular McDonalds but I assure you it will be my last
