Been coming here at least three times a week for the last few months. It was kind of my pre-work mental haven. Today I ordered at the kiosk, this lady I've never seen before brings me my order. As soon as she puts the tray on the table, the coffee tips over and soaks me, my phone (thank God for the case), socks, and shoes. "I'm sorry, you're not burned, are you?" is pretty much the extent of her concern.
