The people who work there need a raise
Placed an order online for pickup in the drive-thru. Somehow the order wasn't showing up in their system. Was asked to pull up to the first window. Showed the order to the manager who explained that she didn't have the order in their system despite my order being confirmed. She immediately started accusing me of blaming her for the problem. Lol.
