Extremely frustrating going to a McDonald’s that says open on google and the McDonald’s app, lets you place the order just for them to come out and say they are closed. Here is a cool idea: when you are closed, say that on your app, or at least don’t allow orders to go through. Or even better, instead of scamming customers by not allowing orders to be canceled, don’t allow the order to go through. It's wild how a billion-dollar company doesn’t have it together. 🤦♂️
