So only cheese quite literally means only cheese - why can you people not get a simple order right for real? I just wasted $14 on the wrong food and I won’t be back to any McDonald’s again due to your careless workers.
I ordered a 6$ might Mac meal and asked for no lettuce on my burger and extra salt on my frys now they say you can't complain about free food but the meal was only free because the self ordering screen wasn't working so I was OK with the meal being free but they didn't take off the lettuce and the frys were cold and Un salted and manager was nice but it felt like she barely spoke English idk how to feel about coming back to this one next time I might just go to the Vinton one next to Kroger love the area
dirty, unkempty, barely any employees to be found. super slow service.
Kiosks dont work. We lost our discount and the manager wasn't willing to help us out.
