No care for customer experience. Playing obnoxious music from the kitchen constantly that clashes with the music coming from the built-in sound system. They always say they will turn one of the songs off but never do. Could not be more annoying place to sit in.

Constantly playing 2 completely different songs. One from the ceiling and one blasting from the kitchen. It’s unbearable. Even after pointing out to the workers, they looked at me blankly and claimed they were going to turn one of the songs off. 5 mins later and both songs are fighting each other again. Smh

What can I say about this McDondalds? Let me tell you how awesome they are with what they do and don't do and have! Starting off, what do they have: -The slowest drivethru in all of Cochrane and potentially Alberta! This place is usually really consistent, but I went today (Aug 26 11:20am) and was disappointed. Out of most pastries they had the day before, ice cream machine wasnt working but was the day before. Fries that are usually fresh were a little mushy and the lettuce in my burger was discolored, just seemed like someone didn't care for quality control this morning.

Had to have been the longest we have ever waited at a drive through McDonalds in our entire lives, was at least 20 minutes. The meal was then served missing items, was questioned on whether or not we received said items and had to then dump everything out of our bag to prove we were in fact truthful. Expect to wait a long time, verify your order before leaving. Don’t expect much. This location is a shame for the franchise.
