I am not one to review a fast food place, but I just wanted to give this location 5 stars. I was visiting a friend (I am from Airdrie) and we went to this location with her husband and my 2 year old turdler. My daughter was acting like a toddler and was trying to climb over the benches. The manager (I didn't get his name) approached us and asked how our food was. I get it. It’s McDonalds. But, there is a massive (and I do mean massive) lack of accountability at this location. Staff need to be trained to serve their guests over making sure that their time metrics are met. Here are two simple examples. Yesterday my husband and I went for what we hoped would be a quick lunch. Ordered inside at one of the kiosks. Our number showed up immediately after ordering on the screen. I don't know how you can run a drive-through as slow as this, it's absolutely baffling. You can barely understand or be understood by the people taking orders, and it takes forever to get anything. Food is constantly stale and cold, and I would seriously recommend avoiding this location.
