We decided to go through the drive-thru at this Macdonald’s in Fireside at 10:30am, April 6. We placed our ordered, paid, and were told to wait out “by the curb” for the order. So we wait in the reserve parking with no number given to us. At 10:54 am my husband decides to go into the restaurant to see 4 workers standing around chatting. He said to them, “where’s my order, we’ve been waiting outside for over 20 minutes!” They responded with, “what did you order?” He told them and he said they went and got the order ready. Lol it wasn't even busy and they didn't get a simple mcdouble meal correct.. they don't even know how to make a burger properly.. I look at the managers and they hardly speak English.. makes sense why this place is a flop..

This McDonald's has about a 20% accuracy rate with getting your order right. Managers need to be held more accountable here. I'd love to see this locations order times compared to other McDonald's. Expect to wait in the drive thru 10-15 minutes on average.
